How do I
pay for items I've bought?
Payments for auction items won or classified items purchased are
made through PayPal. Payment arrangement should be made between
the seller and buyer.

How do I link to my active listings or
my SoldItLive Storefront?
If you would like to promote your listings through email or a website,
you may link to your SoldItLive.com listings by opening up one of your items on the site, then clicking on either the Seller's Other Listings link or the Seller Storefront button, and copying the resulting page URL from the website address bar in your browser.
Why
isn't my storefront displaying on the site?
After setting up your storefront, you must click the 'Activate
Storefront' button within the 'Display'
section of your storefront control panel.
How do I change my storefront name so it is not the same as my username?
To change your stores name, first log into your My SoldItLive Control Panel, click the Edit Storefront Link, and click the Display link in the Storefront Configuration Menu. Change your Store Title and click the Edit button.
How do I give feedback on a seller?
SoldItLive.com is set up so users can only leave feedback after a purchase
has been made. This is so sellers can build up a sales track record in
regards to how well they fulfill the transaction with their customers. After
a transaction is made, you would go to Feedback Management in your My
SoldItLive Control Panel, and click on the Open Feedback link.
How do I contact a seller?
In order to contact a seller, simply open one of his listings and click the contact seller link. You must register and log into the site to use the site's seller contact system.
How do I edit my listing once it is live?
After a listing is live you may edit it through your My SoldItLive Control Panel. Go to My Active Listings, click on the Edit buttons next to the listing, and click the Edit Details, Edit Photos, or Edit Category buttons. The Buy it Now price of an auction item and it's shipping price cannot be changed with an auction listing once it is underway.
How do I advertise on your site?
